Dear All, I have very much been meaning to pop this pic up on my page ... it was taken 3 weeks ago (where has the time gone!!) after my last Zoom Pilates class before maternity leave... and Bump is now even more Bumpolicius!! I have been resting up as well as being in full on nesting mode (Ben would call it bossy mode!!l), and I look a little less tired for the time being!! As always I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been zooming in and sharing the joy of Pilates, and thank you to everyone over the years for being so lovely and supportive, and when the time is right I very much look forward to seeing you all again for a lovely Stretch. For now I send my very best wishes, and I will certainly keep everyone posted regarding Baby Stevens, who is still all nice and snug and doing lots of Pilates stretches just before I go to sleep! Dear all, I do hope you have all had a nice festive season, and wishing you joy and well being for 2024 xx This year is certainly going to see some exciting and wonderful new beginnings for Ben and I, and for now I am very much looking forward to zooming back into the classes on the 8th. Once again wishing you happiness and good health and all good things for 2024 xx

Before I post my festive wishes - I very much need to put out a post of thanks and gratitude xx I also need to apologise, as it's been a good few weeks since the fab Pilates Tea party as the Teignmouth Yacht Club! It was such a wonderful morning, as it was so great to see everyone in person, and really lovely for the groups to have a proper catch up too! This party really highlighted all the wonderful friendships that have been made over the years xx Thank you sincerely to everyone who has been part of the classes, be it past or present, as it really is a joy to teach Pilates to such lovely people xx I also wanted to say a big thank you to Ellie who is the fab party organiser at the yacht club, and to Ian who made the best cakes!! So all I had to do at the party was spend a lovely time catching up with everyone who was able to attend.... and Ben and I were so busy chatting to everyone we did not get any photos of the actual party to share! (But I have posted some pics of the yummy cakes.. thank you again Ian, and the lovely cards and flowers I received - thank you everyone, and thank you to all the people who gave us gorgeous gifts too!!) And once again thank you to everyone who has been part of the 'Beth Stevens Pilates' family, I am so very grateful to have taught so many lovely and kind people - and as I always say, 'only lovely people do Pilates' - thank you to you all xx

Hello lovely Pilates People - In a week or so I will be letting everyone know about a little tea party I shall be hosting for a well overdue get together and catch up before Ben and I make our big move up to Kent!! But in the meanwhile for those of you local to Teignmouth, I just wanted to let everyone know that a Macmillan's tea party is happening at the Teignmouth Yacht Club this Friday the 29th @10.30am to 1pm.... I realise that it's coming up to 6 months since our magical wedding day!! and I do apologise as I have very much been meaning to share some pic's - and it seems like a very good time to do so, as amongst all the celebrations this weekend, Ben and I had a wonderful wedding party with our nearest and dearest at the beautiful yacht club in Teignmouth - So here's some of our fav photo's from the big day in December - and I have to say a big thank you to Carole's Cupcakes Cafe and Bakery for our beautiful wedding cake - it was super yummy! and to Maria Broome Photography for our gorgeous photographs xx

Ben and I would like to wish you all a very ⭐Happy New Year⭐ full of joy and wellbeing xx and we are both delighted to share the news that my name is now officially ❤️'Beth Stevens'❤️ - Yay! We had a truly wonderful wedding, and when we receive the photos of our very special day, I will definitely share some. There has certainly been lots of champagne and cake consumed!! - so I am very much looking forward to getting back to Pilates - and really looking forward to seeing you all in class for a good stretch!!
