Sometimes the conditions are just right, the Bass were working the sand bar pushing the sandeel. It was a fish nearly every cast for a few hours as the light faded.

Great paddle yesterday evening, Launched out the front, paddled around the Ness and picked up some Mackerel on the lures...

Great paddle yesterday evening,
Launched out the front, paddled around the Ness and picked up some Mackerel on the lures.
Came in on the last of the flood at the lifeboat ramp.
Great evening to be out.

So the tide and weather is looking good for a paddle over to the parson and clerk on thursday.
Low Tide 20:53 (1.90m)
Westerly wind, 14 mph, gusts up to 26mph.

Lets get the ball rolling guys, meet this thursday at 6.30 at the point for a paddle, come rain, wind or shine! Depending on the tides and the weather we can either paddle over to the "parson and clerk" or just go for a paddle up river, we can make that call on the day. Pls feel free to bring a fishing rod and do some trolling if you fancy catching some supper! "Lets roll out!"
