This in person workshop is on this Saturday, 27th April 1-4 pm in Teignmouth at the lovely Forward S-Teps Teignmouth

We will be:

Exploring and embedding verbal boundaries and request making, physical boundaries and what you're comfortable with.

Building body awareness of what your yes and no are and where the line is for you.

Exploring what is caring for you. What areas of your life you'd like to work with.

Tools to take away to practise and get confident expressing and upholding your boundaries - whether that is with yourself, a partner, friends, family, children or work.

Tools to take away to start feeling calmer and more able to take up the space you need to express yourself the way you'd like.

Plus a lush meditation, a chance to share, digest and integrate and have a laugh.

What comes with renting ?

Well, first off, you get to use a great space designed with privacy in mind. It's a perfect space for people who lack confidence and don't want to be around a busy gym working out.

It's a big enough space to do group sessions of up to 10 people.

You get to work with a great bunch of trainers.

Advertising will be helped with, all included in the cost of the rent.

And how much does this all cost I hear you ask?

It's £10 an hour up to £200 a month. So if you do 100 hours in a month, you only pay for 20 of them. 😁

Can't be much fairer than that? 🤷
