Today we celebrate all the incredible people who show up with love, patience and care.

To the dads, stepdads, grandads, foster dads, dads-to-be, those remembering children held in their hearts, and every father figure making a difference in a child's life... we see you, and we celebrate you. 💜

Thank you for the cuddles, the shoulder rides, the bedtime stories, the silly dances, the endless games of peekaboo, and for being a safe place for little ones to grow.
At Kalma Life, we're privileged to see those beautiful moments of connection every week, and they're often the moments children remember most.
We hope you have a wonderful day celebrating in whatever way feels right for you.

💙 A little Father's Day surprise next week... 💙

To celebrate Father's Day, all of next week's Baby, Boddler and Toddler Yoga classes will have a little Father's Day theme.

If Dad, Grandad, Stepdad, or another special father figure in your little one's life is free to come along, we'd absolutely love to welcome them to class. 💜

Our classes are all about creating special moments, making memories, and strengthening those precious bonds through movement, songs, sensory play, relaxation and lots of smiles.

Tag a dad who needs to experience Baby Yoga... they might just love it as much as the little ones do! 🥹
