This 45-minute class is designed specifically for those who’ve recently or previously been pregnant, helping to safely rebuild abdominal and pelvic floor connection, correct postural habits from pregnancy and strengthen, lengthen and mobilise the whole body.

Babies are very welcome to join the fun too, allowing you to enjoy some “me time” whilst staying close to your little one. 😊

This mixed ability class will offer an hour of stretchy, strengthening and lengthening goodness in the incredible and atmospheric barn at Higher Eggbeer Farm.

Mats & kit all provided but if you have a mat, you may choose to bring it along so you can double up for extra comfort!
