Moorland Hall Moorland Hall provides Outdoor Activities and English Language Courses in the Dartmoor National Park, Devon.

The Farrington family has been running outdoor activity and language courses for over 20 years and have welcomed thousands of students from around the world into the warmth and comfort of their family home to become part of the ‘family’ and to enjoy a unique and memorable experience. Moorland Hall is a Victorian Country House located in the beautiful surroundings of Dartmoor National Park in West

Devon. The house stands within its own large garden with a heated swimming pool. It has direct access onto the moor and is thus ideally situated for a huge variety of outdoor pursuits which are offered in our courses. Moorland Hall is a private enterprise and a family home, therefore children quickly feel at home in the warm and cheerful atmosphere that pervades the house. The dedicated and friendly staff support the children in every way and are there to help.

Trainee Instructor Positions summer 2022. We are looking for enthusiastic characters who enjoy working with young people. Full training will be given but a love of the outdoors is essential. Every day is different and will involve adventurous activities and visiting beautiful and interesting places in Devon and Cornwall. Mostly Monday to Friday work including some evenings.
