Our players split into Bibs vs Non-Bibs teams across the whole centre 🔥

Each age/ability group plays small-sided games, with matches paused every 12 minutes for team captains to come together, discuss tactics, solve problems and make decisions before heading back onto the pitch 👊

🏆 Points System:
⚽️ 3 points for a win
⚽️ 2 points for a draw
⚽️ 1 point for a loss — because learning still matters.

Games Night is designed to help players:

⚽️ Put training into realistic match situations
🧠 Develop football IQ and decision making
🗣 Improve communication and leadership
👥 Work with different teammates across the centre
💪 Build confidence under pressure
⚡️ Learn to adapt tactics during games
😊 Enjoy competitive football in a positive environment

Brilliant for the players to experience different coaching voices and see the pathway continuing to grow between TFDC and the U23s environment.

Hopefully we’ll be seeing much more of Mark around the sessions going forward 👊🔥
