***FREE*** FUN EVENT FOR LADIES

We are a small group of ladies who meet once a month at Tavistock Squash Club for a couple of hours of fun exercise on a squash court - followed by coffee/tea and cake!

If you have never played squash or racketball before then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for:
- all equipment is provided
- play as much or as little as you choose
- no booking required, just turn up
- all ages and levels of fitness welcome (under 16yrs need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
- no pressure to join the club
(Please wear comfortable clothes and bring along some clean trainers to change in to)

The session is run by a fully qualified England Squash coach who will help you in a fun and relaxed environment.

No booking is required and we can supply all the equipment although please bring some clean, non-marking trainers if you have some.
