My Why 💗
I didn’t choose to specialise in menopause because it was a trend.
I chose it because I lived it.
I started experiencing perimenopause at just 35, but I had no idea what was happening to my body.
I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 40, and that meant years of struggling with symptoms, wondering what was wrong with me and feeling like I just wasn’t myself anymore.
Once I finally understood what was happening and started the right treatment, everything changed.
It made me realise just how many women are going through the same thing — feeling exhausted, struggling with their weight, losing confidence, noticing changes in their body and wondering why the things that used to work suddenly don’t anymore.
That’s why I became a Menopause Specialist Personal Trainer. 💪🏼
I want women to understand that menopause doesn’t mean giving up on your strength, your body or your confidence.
Strength training can be one of the most powerful tools we have during perimenopause and menopause.
My goal is to help women feel strong, capable and confident — not just in the gym, but in themselves.
Because I know what it feels like to think “Why is my body doing this to me?”
And I also know how empowering it feels when you finally understand it. ❤️
This is my why. This is why I do what I do.
