Very very very proud of - we started this coaching journey in 2024 and it wasn’t until March 25 that she mentioned wanting do take on the 250km individual effort at the - not a distance to be taken lightly but we always knew she could do it!

Today she smashed that distance well under her goal time!

A true example of what happens when you combine that level of commitment and desire with structured training and guided thinking! Lucy, you did the work over the last few months and today you executed - so proud of you.

Much more to come - let’s line up the next goal and get after it!
