We’re embracing the changes at Hannam Health and getting ready to welcome everyone back and feeling good 🙌

Our balanced online timetable kicks off on Monday and we’ll start the term with some September outdoor sessions included in the class membership for you to enjoy and have a safe catch up!

Our outdoor sessions with beautiful countryside views are:

- Aerobi Fit with coffee morning- Wed 9th, 9.30

- Fit for Life with coffee morning- Mon 14th, 10.45

- Cardio Fit- Tues 15th, 18.00

As with most small businesses at the moment, we’re trying to be light on our feet and make the right decisions to keep our fantastic health & fitness community going whilst keeping everyone safe.

Well done to the brilliant group who have been focussed on Feel Good Fortnight this August ✊🏻

We’ve been doing daily classes (live in the morning or a recording to fit around other plans) to optimise physical fitness, mobility and strength along with talks on a range of lifestyle aspects.
So great to hear about the positive benefits already.

Tomorrow we’ll discuss how to keep up the awesome momentum with some practical advice for next steps.
