Welcome to the Rise club 🌅😎

Not only do we have so many of you reaching your 30 session goal & getting your Rise tote bag. We now have many of you nearing 100 sessions, with Sarah & Kim being our first to reach this number and be awarded our Rise club tee 🫶🏽

We’re incredibly grateful and proud of our studio, as we move towards our first birthday and have loved meeting so many of our incredible members!

Why is slow movement more effective in Pilates? 🧘🏼‍♀️

It might not look intense... but if you’ve ever done Pilates, you know the burn hits different 🔥

Slowing things down isn’t about taking it easy, it’s about making it effective.

✨ More time under tension = deeper muscle engagement
✨ Better control = stronger core connection
