The Powerhoop Workout is typically a 45min class using a weighted hoop to do a variety of strength and conditioning exercises. Powerhoops are a fun way to get your body into shape. The wavy hoop helps to slim the waist down, tighten your abs and increase your core strength. Even if you were not able to hula hoop before the large diameter and the weight of the hoop makes it easy to use.
