Give your body the movement it’s been asking for.

Pure Stretch is a carefully structured class that helps restore joint mobility, flexibility, posture, and core strength — perfect if you:
• Sit for long periods at work
• Feel stiff from other forms of exercise
• Want to move without impact or pressure

Each session begins by mobilising joints that often lose range of movement, followed by progressive exercises that gently strengthen and lengthen the body.

✔️ All levels welcome
✔️ Calm, supportive atmosphere
✔️ Progress at your own pace

🗓 Classes start week commencing Monday 9th March
🕘 Mondays at 11.00am -12pm

We gently mobilise every joint (because yes — use it or lose it!) before moving into stretches that:
