Come and join us to connect to each chakra
and move to good music, relaxing meditation to end (bring a blanket)
No booking required, £10 or concessions of £5 for low waged/retired/unemployed

Join us for a wonderful movement meditation to great music, all abilities, no dance experience necessary, bring a blanket for a relaxing guided meditation to end the session.
