Step into the warmth and let it work. Infrared Reformer Pilates is the latest addition to our renowned HEAT series — combining the precision and power of reformer Pilates with the deeply restorative benefits of infrared heat at a carefully calibrated 26°C, bathed in immersive red infrared light.

As the Southwest’s leading infrared studio since 2023, Nourish has long understood what heat does for the body — accelerating muscle recovery, boosting circulation, encouraging deeper stretching, and supporting natural detoxification. Now, those benefits meet the reformer.

Looking for a more personalised Pilates experience?

We are now offering 1-to-1 and duet private Reformer Pilates sessions with Erin or Courtney, available by private arrangement at flexible times throughout the day, evenings, weekdays and weekends.

Sessions start from just £30.

Private sessions are ideal for:
• Complete beginners who would like to build confidence before joining group classes
• Anyone returning to exercise or recovering from injury
• Those who benefit from individualised attention and tailored programming
• Anyone who finds group sessions intimidating or would prefer a more focused environment
• Building confidence and developing a stronger understanding of movement and technique

Each instructor brings their own unique expertise and teaching style:

Erin
Erin is Studio Co-Owner, a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor, and Yoga teacher. Drawing on her fitness background and the original principles of Contrology, she focuses on perfect form, precision and control. Her sessions are designed to build strength, improve movement patterns and develop confidence through mindful, effective exercise.

Courtney
Courtney is our resident Reformer and Barre teacher, teaching an extensive range of classes exclusively at the studio. With a professional dance background, he places a strong emphasis on posture, alignment and movement quality. His approach helps address muscular imbalances, improve body awareness and activate key stabilising muscles for stronger, more efficient movement.

Whether you’re taking your first steps into Pilates, returning after injury, or looking to refine your practice, private sessions provide the opportunity to move at your own pace with expert guidance tailored specifically to you.

We have some great news .wellness

Due to popular demand we are increasing the class capacity in all our reformer classes to 6.

Our stunning boutique studio was designed to accommodate 6 reformers and due to continuous waitlist and demand we have now added another reformer.

What does this mean ? It simply means we can now offer you even more opportunity to attend your favourite sessions, but more importantly without compromising the highest quality of coaching .wellness

The capacity increase has been immediately applied to all classes, so check your schedules and you may be lucky enough to jump on the additional space.
