What an energetic Deep Dive session tonight❗

We focused on essential ground survival techniques, practised breaking free from chokes and holds, and tackled edged weapon defences on the ground.

To wrap things up, everyone got involved in some friendly sparring, rolling with their partners.

Huge thanks and congratulations to everyone who participated and gave it their all!
