A family run SwimSchool teaching in Somerset and Devon. We teach from birth through to advanced swimmers. Our baby toddler and pre school classes are taught at lovely warm pools by highly qualified instructors who have additional qualifications in Aqua Sensory and the Diploma in baby and preschool swimming. Our courses are structured, teaching water confidence, safety and awareness through fun cla

sses. Our learn to swim programme teaches all children aged 3 plus to be safe in the water, working towards recognised national awards. Your child will be taught all 4 strokes to a high standard, with Lifesaving awards as prt of our programme. 0-5 month olds (Fridays 12.30pm)
5-8 months (Mondays 9.30am and Sunday 12.30pm)
8-12 months (Thursdays 12pm, Fridays 10.30am)
12-18 months (Thursdays 1.30pm, Fridays 11.30am)
18-24 months (Sunday 10.30am)

2-2.5 years (Thursday 12.30pm, Sunday 4.30pm)

2.5-3 years (Mondays 11.30am Friday 10am, Sunday 4.30pm)

3 years plus (Tuesdays 6pm, Thursdays 1pm, Friday 12pm, Sunday 9am and 11am)

WE teach here on Wednesday afternoons from 4pm and Saturdays from 9am.

WEDNESDAYS
4pm - NEW Non swimmers CLASS for children aged 4 years +.

4.30pm - 4 year + non swimmer class **2 spaces left**

5pm - 5m+ swimmers **Last 2 spaces**

5.30pm - 10m+ Swimmers **LAST SPACE**

SATURDAYS
9am 2-3 years with parents **LAST SPACE**

11.40am - NEW Non swimmers class for children 3 years +

1.10pm - 5m+ swimmers **Last 2 Spaces**

1.40pm - 4 years + Beginners who are confident with aids. **2 Spaces left**

St Georges Catholic School, Taunton for children aged 3 years plus up to 25m swimmers (Wednesday afternoons and Saturdays)

Queens College, Taunton for children aged 3 plus to 100m plus swimmers

School swimming should be a priority from reception, schools struggle to afford the cost of coaches to take the children to the lessons as well as the costs for swimming teachers, pool hire etc. The government removing VAT from independent Swimschool’s. This would make lessons much more affordable across the board. As an independent swimschool we are continually hit with hire costs increasing and VAT
Swimming is a life skill and should be of the highest priority when it comes to ensuring our children are safe in and around our waterways.
