With the new red warning which indicates you need to take action to keep yourself and others safe I have made the decision to cancel the class on Wednesday.

See you all on the 1st July when hopefully it will be back to normal temperature. Stay safe and look after yourself

There is a class tonight 6.30pm - 7.30pm Bring water, and a towel if you want. Plenty of drinks breaks x
