Sport and Physical Education graduate at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Current Associate Lecturer at Bridgwater & Taunton College and Semi Professional Footballer at Salisbury Football Club. I started playing as a goalkeeper at age 16, playing alongside my studies at College and University before signing professionally at the age of 21 to then Premier League side Swansea City. I spent 4 years a

t the Championship club working under elite level coaches such as Graham Potter, Steve Cooper and Russel Martin. In particular learning from International goalkeeper coaches Martin Margetson, Martin Davies & Adrian Tucker. Having seemingly made the impossible progression into full time football at that age, I have the right blend of football knowledge and experiences alongside my Bachelors Degree and teaching status to work with the next crop of young athletes in the South West area. I provide outfield and goalkeeper specific sessions. Consisting of 1 to 1's or small group sessions.

How can you train on your own as a goalkeeper? Work on your range of passing, being good with your feet is now vital as a modern goalie. This is the perfect time to practice new techniques and make plenty of mistakes whilst no one is watching. Keep your training relative to matches, try to replicate similar passes that you might have to perform on a game day. A few balls and consistent practice is all you need. Don’t wait for others ⚽️
