Palouse Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course starting this week on Wednesday 21 February at 7.15 for 7.30 pm, at Quaker Meeting House, Bath Place, Taunton.
NLP Cafe is hosting Palouse Mindfulness, an eight-part, free, online Mindfulness course, which will run on the third Wednesday of each month starting this week. You can visit the site at https://palousemindfulness.com to check out the material ahead of time. We will watch some of the video material together and practice/discuss content.
To quote from the FAQ: "Doing the course with others will increase the likelihood that you complete the course, thanks to the commitment you each make in doing it together." It is a very thorough, well-constructed, informative course with a wide variety of world-class presenters, and lots of additional optional resources.
There will be a second opportunity to attend "Part One" on 14 March, the week before we progress to the second part on 21st March. I decided this might be a good thing for anybody who can't make it this week - or wants to repeat to help establish a new habit of Mindfulness practice. However, I hope to see you this week!
£5.00 to cover room hire and refreshments.
Anybody is welcome to attend this course (it is good!), so please spread the word and feel free to bring guests.
Best wishes
Jenny
