We get asked these all the time, so here’s everything you need to know before your visit 👇

🕘 Opening Times
We’re open every day!
Term time: 9:30–14:30 (stay & play)
Weekends & holidays:
9:30–11:30 | 12:00–14:00 | 14:30–16:30

🎟️ Do I need to book?
Term time – just turn up!
Weekends & school holidays – we recommend booking to guarantee entry (but walk-ins welcome if space allows)

🤒 What if my child is unwell?
We kindly ask you don’t visit if your child is ill, and to wait 48 hours after sickness/diarrhoea before coming in 💛

👨‍👩‍👧 Can adults go on the equipment?
Yes! Adults are welcome to go on with their children to help and supervise 👍

🚫 Can adults visit without a child?
For safeguarding reasons, adults can’t enter alone unless meeting someone already inside. Please don’t be offended when we ask them to come meet you at reception 💫

🧦 Do we need socks?
Yes! Socks must be worn at all times on the play equipment

🚀✨ That time of the month again… it’s time for our SEND SESSION this Friday! ✨🚀

Join us on the 3rd Friday of every month for a specially designed session at Space Adventurers 👨‍🚀🪐

These sessions are all about a calmer, more controlled environment for children who love to explore but benefit from a slightly reduced capacity. This means more space to move, less overwhelm, and a more relaxed experience for everyone 💫

Your ticket includes 1 child and 2 adults, making it perfect for families to enjoy together 👨‍👩‍👧

To support a more sensory-friendly experience, we also use dimmed lighting and no flashing lights throughout the session 🌙✨

Expect all the usual Space Adventurers fun, just a little more chilled, a little more spacious, and perfect for little explorers who thrive in a softer environment 🚀

We can’t wait to welcome you to the next SEND session! 🪐💙
