I have made the decision to cancel the Tuesday's adult class. I've had low numbers for a while now so will cancel it until there is more interest.

Adults class is a Thursday only for now.

I will make a decision on the adults Thursday class this week depending on numbers.

Kids classes are unaffected.

Great night of thai boxing tonight.

Well done to Lily & Bella on mini thai boxers of the week. They give their all every week. And train twice a week most weeks.

Much more controlled sparring tonight from Tom, Ralph, Alfie & Max. Really getting the hang of this.

Welcome to Georgia on her first lesson. Hope you enjoyed it.

Well done to the adults and the grappling round. All did very well with it.

Mini thai boxers of the week for Thursday. They both try very hard and have great power in punches & kicks.
Thanks to Lily for taking the cooldowns. Very confident.

Well done to Alfie, Max, Jacob, Marcus, Tom & Ralph for trying sparring for the first time. We only started with body sparring but it was very competitive and they all give it their best.
