We have massage providers for your aches and injuries on Friday, here's Alice from AC Sport Wellness to tell you more:

I recently graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage. I have treated athletes at events such as the London Marathon 2018, Dare2run, cyclone24 and was part of the massage team for Team Bath Netball 2018.

I will be offering free pre or post run treatments, that will last around 10 minutes.
