Tamworth Martial Arts We run professional and fun martial arts classes for the whole family from 3yrs of age.

School owner and Chief Instructor Master John Gravenall is a 7th Degree Black Belt Master. Master John has over 40 years experience training / teaching martial arts and continues to deliver with passion and motivation. Tamworth Martial Arts has been established for over 20 years in the Tamworth area, starting at Two Gates Primary School, before moving to Landau Forte Academy for a number of years. Now in their own full time purpose built centre, Tamworth Martial Arts offer a variety of classes for children and adults alike, building on etiquette and respect, discipline and teaching Traditional Korean Martial Arts. Master John and his team of Black Belt Instructors welcome individuals from all walks of life into their school. Tamworth Martial Arts is a fun, friendly and professional martial arts school and helps to develop individuals mentally and physically not only to defend themselves but also to assist in every day life. Hey Ladies!!!

If you're looking for a fun and different way to improve your fitness, feel stronger and more confident in yourself and learn practical self defence skills, you've come to the right place.

At Tamworth Martial Arts we offer traditional Korean martial arts training for ladies, in a friendly and supportive environment.

You don’t need any previous experience, and you don’t need to be fit before you start. Just come along and give it a go.

As the nights are starting to draw in, are you thinking about how you are going to protect yourself through the colder, darker months?

Self defence and personal safety is so important in this modern day. Having the awareness and confidence to be able to protect yourself and your loved ones is invaluable!

At Tamworth Martial Arts we teach a traditional Korean martial arts system to teens and adults of all abilities. We combine this with learnt experience and skills of street personal safety and practical self defence skills.

You don’t need to be super fit or flexible before you begin. Our school is all inclusive and a friendly non intimidating environment.
