This means the hassle of taking your wheel off the bike and folding down the seats in the back of your car and then having to drive to the shop is over. We will come to you! This means once you've booked in to have work carried out you will know as soon as we have your bike in our work stand it is being worked on, and will be back with you as soon as possible. We aim to get to you as soon as possi

E-Trike running Shimano steps- issues with the system randomly shutting down loosing all assistance.
Plugged in to diagnostics with updates to the system made. Further diagnostics revealed the issue and dealt with accordingly.

Customer was having issues with gears, they took it to the local nationwide company *no names*. They diagnosed it as a chain issue.
First ride in the customer was still experiencing the same issue.
Upon inspection we noticed the shavings of metal around the mech and cassette. Cassette removed and a collapsed freehub body was found. Axle removed and broken down grease from water ingress also.
Complete rear hub rebuild- replacement axle, cones, bearings and the freehub body.
