On my way home! 🇫🇷🇨🇭🇮🇹❤️
After an incredible month exploring France, Switzerland and Italy, I'm finally on my way back home. It's been full of breathtaking scenery, amazing food, plenty of adventures and memories.
Now it's time to unpack, get back into routine and I'm so excited to get back to doing what I love – helping all of you smash your goals! 💪
Thank you to everyone who kept in touch while I was away. I can't wait to catch up with my amazing clients and get back to work.

🍎 Snacking doesn't have to be the enemy of your goals.
In fact, the right snacks can help support them 💯

Many people focus on their three main meals but forget that what happens in between can make a huge difference to energy levels, hunger, cravings and overall nutrition.

Choosing snacks that contain protein, fibre or healthy fats can help:
✅ Keep you fuller for longer
✅ Reduce afternoon energy slumps
✅ Support muscle recovery and maintenance
✅ Help manage cravings for sugary foods
✅ Prevent overeating at your next meal

Think of snacks as a way to complement your meals, not replace them.
Instead of reaching for biscuits, chocolate or crisps every time hunger strikes, try options that nourish your body and keep you satisfied.

Some of my favourites include:
🍫 Healthy "Snickers" dates with peanut butter and dark chocolate
🥣 Chocolate protein yoghurt pot
🍍 Cottage cheese with pineapple
🍎 Apple slices with peanut butter
🍠 Homemade sweet potato crisps
🥧 Warm cinnamon apples for that apple pie feeling
🥕 Homemade hummus with carrot and celery sticks

Remember, consistency beats perfection. Small swaps can add up to big results over time.

The difference in 3 days. The first pic, temperatures were probably hitting 30 degrees. Boiling hot 🥵
Today, there were reports of snow hitting for around 5hrs and the temperature is around 10 degrees. 🥶 So I'm dressing for the winter again!

Other than that, I'm having such a good time!
