This is something I've been thinking about for a while and I've decided to go ahead and give a discount of 30% to our emergency services who i don't think get the recognition they all deserve and do for our country, so its my way of showing my appreciation for an amazing job they do .

So if your a blue light card holder or you know a friend or family member who are then please point them in my direction .

Obviously most peak times are taken but we do have some daytime availability and knowing that they work on shift patterns we're willing to be flexible on times with one offs and packages we provide .

Great to see new clients thrive when they start to realise how exercise helps them mentally and physically.

3st lost 40+cm round the waist & hips all in just over 12 weeks πŸ‘Œ

The fact she is 58 and has never looked at a gym or stepped into one makes this transformation even better .

Tony i cannot thank you enough. I had never been to a gym before, did not exercise. In 2022 I suffered a catastrophic ankle injury. I was in a wheelchair for 3 months and then had to use a mobility scooter until August last year. In August I was 20 stone, lost 3 and decided to improve my fitness. Found Tony at the end of January. When I went for my initial consultation I was a nervous wreck 😰. Tony really took on board my concerns about my ankle and tailored my sessions. Gradually upped the intensity. Life changing.
