Right so first classes of the 2024 are DONE!

First we had upper body workout at
and today I had a pleasure of running my first Zumba Class in 5 years at .fitness
I loved every minute of it, but I do admit I am EXHAUSTED 🤣 I don't think I have to tell you, second picture is me straight after a class 🤣

I can't wait for next Friday already. It feels amazing to ZUMBA again! Thank you to Jo for the opportunity!

That's our last pre-Christmas classes done and for me last classes of the year.
I can't believe it's a month since I joined Chris as an instructor at Stay Focused Fitness . It's been a great month and I can't wait to see what 2024 holds 🌟
Merry Christmas from the Stay Focused Fitness team 💪 Keep training, but don't be afraid to also slow down and enjoy a bit of a break over this Christmas period, our bodies do need to rest as well. 💜
