Giants were away at Ibstock United playing the mighty Pumas!

Always a good game, when we play the lads, hard fought battle between both teams.

Today was never about total football…it was about winning the battles, staying disciplined and not giving up — and the boys did exactly that!

💙 Brilliant togetherness

They gave them nothing. No space. No clear-cut chances.

Giants & Heather Tigers went head-to-head in a fantastic first game back! ⚽️🔥

Giants’ short, sharp passing caused Tigers plenty of problems, with the boys staying calm and composed as they moved the ball around brilliantly.
A couple of poor decisions, including a surprise header allowed on the goal line, left Giants frustrated but.....Despite desions made, both teams played exceptionally well and it was a great first game back! 👏

Both Giants & Galaxy were back in action this morning with their pre-season friendlies! 🔥

After weeks of everyone being off on their adventures, it was brilliant to finally have the teams back together. Some hadn’t seen each other in weeks, while others hadn’t kicked a ball in over a month!

But you wouldn’t have known it… both teams absolutely smashed it! 💪🏼⚽️

The countdown is on… ONE WEEK until the season begins! ⏳

Another tournament, another brilliant effort. 💛⚽

Giants were outstanding at the Norton Canes FC Tournament! 🔥

⚽ High energy.
⚽ Brilliant team spirit.
⚽ Sharp passing.
⚽ Relentless pressing.

The boys held their nerve to win a dramatic penalty shootout in the semi-final and book their place in the final. 👏

It wasn't to be in the championship final, losing to a team we know they were capable of beating. That's football.

What can't be questioned is their effort, attitude, temperament, and sportsmanship.
We had 3 players that were greatly missed, but every player gave absolutely everything, and their hard work never went unnoticed...each getting a runner-up medal and stood clapping on the winners!

So proud of this team. Keep believing, keep working, and the trophies will come. 💙💛💪
