Major Cup Finals Day! 🏆⚽️

Very proud of both our U12 Royals & U7 Cobras who represented us at Bolehall Swifts today in the 2026 Major Cup Finals.

Our U12 Royals completed the league & cup double to round off an unbeaten 2025/26 campaign 👏🏆
Massive well done to Dan, Scott & all the lads…a fantastic achievement and a brilliant way to finish their 6th & final season in the TJFL.

Our U7 Cobras also did us proud this morning. They came up against a very good side and, despite falling short, showed great spirit throughout and scored 2 goals that will live long in the memories of the players and parents alike. Huge well done to all the players and our youngest coach at the club Rhys, he has bought the cobras on so much this season ⚽️👏

A huge credit to all players, coaches and families involved across both teams today.

🔵🟡⚽️DBC ROYALS🔵🟡⚽️

What a great way to end a quality season from the lads today and finish the season unbeaten. A fast start saw us go 1-0 up with some good play and finishing from Billy. Zac kept up his new trend of smashing the ball im from way out to put us further ahead, a few sloppy goals conceded but the lads never looked phased, more goals followed with Billy getting another then followed by Harry T, Liam, Louis and Lennon! The whole team performance from back to front was class to watch. Its been brilliant watching these lads grow and get better and better. Im lucky to have such a talented bunch of lads. Cup final to look forward to then onto a big challenge that will only help the lads development. Well done lads, fully deserved league champions 👏🏾👏🏾🏆⚽.

Solid performance from the lads this morning in the Major cup semi final! The game started off tight with both team trying to play qucik football, a fast move from us saw Arlo get 1 on 1 with the defender, he skipped passed and smashed in a left footed shot. After the break, a long throw from Zac was flicked on by Ablie and the ball found the bottom corner, an absolute screamer by Zac from way out found the top corner to put us 3-0 up. Gave away a sloppy goal from a corner but the lads were comfortable enough to see the game out! Massive congratulations to the lads on making another Major cup final! This team fully deserve to make another final, really proud of them 👊🏾.

🔵🟡🟡DBC VIPERS🔵🟡⚽️

Fantastic game From start to finish.
The vipers were on point all the way through, George was our keeper today and did outstanding, defending we had Harry and Carter who’s performance not only protected the goalie but helped our boys at the front! Eden and Zach w worked as a unit all the way through.
On point assists from Eden leading to smashing finishes from Zach.
no one was stopping them!
zach j and Finley come on and straight away Finley was on the ball with some great attempts and some good tackles, Zach j with some fancy footwork skilling the opposition and was always on the ball and his determination really showed, overall it was an absolute pleasure to watch!! We couldn’t give just one player of the match because all of the lads played outstanding!

🔵🟡⚽️DBC ROYALS 🔵🟡⚽️

Solid performance from the lads today with only 9 today, worked very hard as a team and got themselves another win. Without Kai, Mikey Small and Harry T played a half each in goal playing very well when needed! Going forward the lads started well and were up for the fight going 1-0 up through Harry T. It wasn't long before we went 2 up with a cheeky rabona finish from Harry T who cant stop scoring! A great whipped ball from the back from Rocky played Arlo in who finished perfectly first time to put is 3 up. Just before half time we conceded from a corner, switched off a little bit which - just before the corner the lads were laughing and joking, i said to Scott good to see them enjoying it... then we concede.... wasn't the plan 😂🤣. Zacs long throws were causing havoc and in the second half one bounced through to Billy to head home who made sure I knew that was his 1st ever headed goal 👏🏾👏🏾. Another ball into the box and good header from Albie saw the game finish 5-1. Well done to the defence today too, dealt with what was thrown at them and looked comfortable all game! Was nice to see the lads battling when needed then laughing and joking while playing today, good to see them having fun! Think they enjoyed this win 👊🏾.

🔵🟡⚽️DBC ROYALS🔵🟡⚽️

Great all round performance from the lads today! A great pitch to play football on too. The boys put the pressure on from the off and started spreading the ball round well... some good wing play and cross from Billy found the head of Harry T who nodded home. More good football brought another 1st half goal with a tidy finish from Billy. A couple of quality finishes from Albie made the game comfortable, the defence held firm and were unlucky to concede a long range effort. Goals from Louis and Lennon wrapped the game up for the Royals today to put them through to the Semi - Final! Hurley we're top opposition and have a great bunch of lads and coaches 👏🏾.
