“With a side of sass”
journey… a shorter one (to date) ..
Same recipe, it doesn’t change!
“12 weeks in and I’m feeling lighter without losing weight, stronger without becoming bulky and stuffed with the most amount of food possible to eat.
Being fairly sporty and active doesn’t mean you always feel great and have the motivation to workout, after feeling a bit weighty, a bit ‘meh’ and struggling for the motivation to push hard to improve with the female body becoming harder to work with, Louis was the person who I knew could help me shake a leg.
‘Food is fuel’ - a simple statement that’s so right, after having a mild ‘no way’ to the amount of food Louis was encouraging me to, how would this help me to lose a bit of weight or tone my body surely that’s going to make me bigger and heavier? Quite the opposite, I have the fuel in my body to now push harder in the gym, lift heavier weights - one area I have increased the weight moved by 95kg! Yet, my body size is now tighter and smaller,
Louis really knows what is needed for individual needs and also how to push and encourage you to really work at your best, with a side of sass when he knows you can do more 💪🏻💪🏻🏋🏻♀️”
