⭐️ client feed back ⭐️ really enjoyed working with Anne, her mindset was in the right place, but needed some guidance in the gym to suit HER needs, at s young age of 71 she absolutely nailed it. I know many people a lot younger than her that couldn’t do the things she is capable of. Dead proud of her sticking to all her plan and she has really got her in good shape to sort her allotment out 😂😂

Eythan, such a good listener, absorbs everything you explain so well. Never boxed before. Has done about ten 1-2-1 sessions with me starting from the very beginning. Now using his range changing his angles, keeping distance 🔥 teenager who listens who would of thought it 🤣

Client at about the end of her cut, and she had dropped over half a stone 👏🏻 kept all her muscle she built and still showing strength in her data 📈 really proud of what she has achieved in 3 months, from not hardly eating, to now wanting to eat everything in sight 🤣 yet more proof - CONSISTENCY > motivation. A worked out plan and nutrition guidance, being consistent, on the days you’re up for your session, or not. Turning up 💯 she’s going on a well deserved little rest now, to comeback with bigger goals, even better mindset and pushing more records 🔥

⭐️ client spotlight ⭐️
Client started working with me in July, ate hardly any food and was fuelled on high sugar foods and snacks to get through her day. Consuming about 12/1400 calories a day, going gym and playing hockey. We worked out her program, discussed the value and importance of foods for fuel. We started steady and improved her gym routine, then we put her on a bulk to gain some muscle and fuel her active lifestyle. Pic one is the start of her journey, and pic 2 is a whopping 5.5kg gain at the top of her growing phase 👏🏻 she is currently underway with her cut to trim the body fat gain off to show her real results 👌🏼👌🏼 proud of the effort and consistency she has put in, can’t wait to see her end of cut in a couple months time 💪🏻

Same recipe, it doesn’t change!

“12 weeks in and I’m feeling lighter without losing weight, stronger without becoming bulky and stuffed with the most amount of food possible to eat.

Being fairly sporty and active doesn’t mean you always feel great and have the motivation to workout, after feeling a bit weighty, a bit ‘meh’ and struggling for the motivation to push hard to improve with the female body becoming harder to work with, Louis was the person who I knew could help me shake a leg.

‘Food is fuel’ - a simple statement that’s so right, after having a mild ‘no way’ to the amount of food Louis was encouraging me to, how would this help me to lose a bit of weight or tone my body surely that’s going to make me bigger and heavier? Quite the opposite, I have the fuel in my body to now push harder in the gym, lift heavier weights - one area I have increased the weight moved by 95kg! Yet, my body size is now tighter and smaller,

Louis really knows what is needed for individual needs and also how to push and encourage you to really work at your best, with a side of sass when he knows you can do more 💪🏻💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️”

journey… we have broken many poor habits, we have increased her quality of food and improved her macros, and look what we have.. RESULTS!!

“Lou I can’t get over how different I feel after 8 months. I’ve got more mental focus and feel so much stronger and full of energy. We know how much I loved a nap and I can’t remember the last time I had one 😅 you always push me to keep challenging myself when I think I can’t do anymore, you prove me wrong everytime 🤣

I’m loosing weight and still enjoying a glass of wine and a Chinese when I want thanks to your plan 😍 you’ve been a massive support on this journey and helping me gain my confidence back and I can’t thank you enough!!! 🩵”
