This week, we’re shining the spotlight on our swim pool, and it’s the perfect chance to dip your toes into something new — or jump straight in!

Our pool is ideal for all ages and abilities, whether you’re looking to build confidence, boost your fitness, or simply enjoy a refreshing, low‑impact workout. From Fun sessions to early morning swims, there’s something for everyone.

🏊‍♂️ HLH Swim Prices:
HLH Members ➡️Enjoy full access as part of your membership — great value if you swim regularly.
Non‑Member ➡️Pay‑as‑you‑go options available, perfect if you’re just trying things out or visiting for the day.

Whether you’re lifting, stretching, stepping, rowing or just getting started on your fitness journey, our fitness Suite has what you need to feel stronger, fitter and more confident.

An induction must be completed before using the fitness suite. Inductions are on a Tuesday at 6.15pm, Free to highlife members and £14.30 for non-members.

Gym inductions are bookable online via the HLH app and if not phone our reception team at 01862 893767 😊
