Good day had by all members who attended today’s 2 competitions!
15 bird compak sporting was won by Jory Roseveare 2nd Alex Clark, 3= Bob Howie +Duncan Mackay!
Practical Shotgun was won by Alex Clark 2nd Jory Roseveare!
Plans for a 3 gun competition in a month or so are to be finalised!

There will be fibre wad cartridges for sale at the club tomorrow if anyone need some, they will be £6 a box! Also there will be a club M/L pistol available for anyone who fancy’s shooting the pistol comp but doesn’t have the right class of firearm! Hope to see you all there tomorrow from 10.30!

Next competitions will be held on May 15th. Entries from 10.30 -12! Disciplines will be
Muzzle loading pistol 20 rnds precision on the outdoor range!
Experimental re-entry 15 bird compact sporting clay pigeons on the old clay range!
(Fibre wads only, available for purchase on the day if anyone needs!)
Fun 22 shoot on indoor range!
Light refreshments available!

Start of clearing works to restart clay shooting at Tain RPC and some hidden relics from clay shooing 20 odd yrs ago hidden in the jungle!

Next competitions are going to be muzzle loading pistol on the outdoor range and a experimental clay shoot on the old clay range for club members to try and establish what we need to do work wise to try and develop the clays!! No date confirmed yet but is probably going to be a Sunday in early May! If anyone doesn’t have the right class of fi****ms for these comps there will be guns available on the day!
