This class is based in our Tain facility.

This is a 3 week block intended to teach our young people how to use the gym and what is expected of them when they are training with us at Silverback. They will get taught how to use the kit and some foundational exercises.

One of the many beautiful things about being part of Silverback Gym is the range of ages and abilities that enjoy our facility. We want our young people to seamlessly become part of our troop and feel welcome and respected whilst also being welcoming and respecting 😉

The sessions will be running 2:30pm-3:30pm commencing Friday the 22nd of November, in our Tain facility.
