What a difference a day makes! 🌅🏄‍♂️
We had an absolute dream of a paddle last night—the water was like glass and the conditions were perfect. Today is looking even bigger, better, and warmer! ☀️

Waiting for the ferry in Stromness and reflecting on an absolutely incredible week in Orkney! ⛴️🌊
​Getting to teach at spots like Scapa Beach and Barrier Number 3 was an absolute blast, and seeing so many new people get completely hooked on paddleboarding is exactly why I do this. The feedback from the sessions this week has been nothing short of amazing—hearing that people felt so safe, supported, and confident on the water means the world to me and validates everything I am building.
​But without a doubt, the absolute best part of the trip has been the family time. Sharing the water together and passing down the very first board we ever used to Lisa was the perfect way to cap it all off. Family really is at the heart of everything I do. ❤️
​I am already dreaming up the next trip back to the islands! But for now, it's time to head back to the mainland to get back out on the home waters. Orkney, you’ve been brilliant! 🤙🏄‍♂️

What a fantastic day out on the water at Scapa Bay! 🌊🏄‍♂️
​Taking out this brilliant group was an absolute blast. All three students managed to stand up on their boards for the very first time today! We had plenty of splashes, lots of falling in, and even more laughs. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better, more enthusiastic crew.
​Seeing everyone get so relaxed on the water that they had the confidence to really push their boundaries is exactly what makes coaching so rewarding. 🙌
​To top off an already perfect day, Michael fired up the grill and treated us to an absolutely fantastic post-paddle BBQ. The perfect way to warm up and refuel! 🍔🌭🔥
​The best part? Lisa is officially hooked! 😂 We are keeping the momentum rolling tomorrow with Lisa, her daughter Meyah, and one more joining the crew. Can't wait to get back out there!

The wind might be keeping us on dry land today, but it’s given us the perfect excuse to park the Paddle 'n Skidaddle truck up and get all the boards and kit prepped for action! 🛻🌊
The forecast is showing lovely light winds for tomorrow, and I absolutely cannot wait to hit the water—we're thinking we might even head over to the Churchill Barriers! We’ve got a brilliant session lined up teaching Lisa and her mates, and it's going to be an absolute blast getting everyone out there having fun. 🏄‍♂️🤙
Fingers crossed the conditions hold perfectly for us!

The battle bus has officially made it to Scrabster! 🙌 Zero dashboard warning lights on the drive up, the boards are fully packed, and we are Orkney-bound for a whole week! ⛴️🌊
​We’re on the islands until next Friday and cannot wait. First up is a massive birthday weekend for Kiean (a serious Kirkwall Lego shopping mission is imminent 🧱😆), and then Monday and Tuesday it’s time to get Lisa and her mates out on the water for some Paddle 'n Skidaddle instruction. The drone is charged, the scenery is waiting—let’s go! 🏄‍♂️✨
