Want to learn how to stretch and relax? Our new yoga term begins this coming week.

I have classes for all levels of student, including those that can’t get up and down off of the ground.

Yoga helps you to manage stress, gain suppleness and mobility as well as strength. Small friendly classes.

Tuesday and Wednesday evening at Headley village hall. Classes on Monday, Friday and weekends at Boxhill.

On my way down the hill everything was very still and very quiet, it made me stop walking. Yesterday was busy up there and windy. Today the mountains were quiet, the clouds and the plants were still, the sheep were silent, not even a blade of grass moved. There was just the stillness and peace

6 weeks ago our team of 6 started training for our walking marathon. We’ve walked and talked for miles. Cross training and abdominal work is an essential part of our preparation. Here’s a taste of what we’ve been up to.
We have 4 weeks til the big day, all for a great charity
