Frobury FT were proud to host a round of the national BFTA Grand Prix series this weekend.

The largest Air rifle target shooting series with some of the best shooters in the world attending.

A huge amount of work went into making the day a big success, we thank everyone who helped over the weekend, we couldn't have done it without you.

A few pics of the morning and afternoon sessions, the 50 shot course was well received, and some great scores on the day.

The central southern winter league returns to Frobury FT this weekend (26th Oct).

Planning and work for this year's course has taken even longer than usual as we continue to "keep things interesting" by having this event entirely in the lower fields, no hill to walk up and hopefully some "light breeze😄" rather than the brutal wind we often get here, so let's hope for kind weather on the day.

There will be homemade cakes, tea and coffee, and KO is usual 1030am.
£10 entry, 40 shots to CSFTA rules.
Plink should be open from around 9am.

Rd1 of the CSFTA summer league kicked off at Frobury FTC today, lovely day, a tough 40 shot course with some choppy wind added to spice it up.

We have probably one of the most varied grounds for shooting in the country to really test your skills.

Big well done to the Frobury team today, it was the final round of the CSFTA winter league, we finished 1st on the day, but finished 2nd overall, that's two 1st places, three 2nd placings and one third since the club was formed, not bad..

Also well done Stuart on his 1st place in B grade, Charlene for 3rd in B, and Terry for 2nd place in AA.

Bit of a break now, then the busy summer calendar will be here.

The Frobury Festive kicks off at 1030am this Sunday 22nd December.

Air Arms have been fantastic as usual by sponsoring the event with goodie bags for 1st-3rd, and we have some small raffle prizes too.

We will have some tasty homemade cakes and free tea/coffee.

£10 entry, plink range open from 930am, 30 shot course with two positional lanes.

The yearly Frobury farm charity shotgun event took place last weekend, we attended as we have in the past, this time offering a 10m standing comp for any brave shotgun shooters.

A few youngsters also had a try of some of the field target rifles, 10m rifles and pistols we had there on the day.

The event raised over £14,000 for the Hampshire hospital fund!, huge well done to everyone involved.

A big thanks goes out to our members who helped on the day, and brung rifles along.

The Final round of the Frobury club summer league takes place this sunday 28th July.

Visitors are welcome, £5, 20 shot course with 10 of those targets in the field, so it will be a challenge!.

We kick off at 10am, plink open from 9am.

Please let us know if you want to attend as you will need a code for the gate.
