We are a husband and wife team who like to train and help others to train without being constricted to a gym. We train this way as we needed something to fit in with our lifestyle, our location, our other jobs and most importantly our children. We have a passion for the classes we teach and we train what we teach. So you will find us doing lots of kettlebell repetitions, you will see us at the par
k hanging off various bars, you will hear us doing metafit in the garden and sorry but you will hear grunting if you walk past our garage (The shed of dread)! So the classes we have are:
Monday nights is our Bodyweight Strength class (calisthenics). If you have never tried anything like this then do! We have pull up bars, dip bars etc so lots of variety with every level from beginner to advanced catered for. (note currently on hold due to covid restrictions). Tuesday + Thursday nights are our Kettlebell classes. A wide variety of exercises with the kettlebells and of course some bodyweight moves too, everyone loves a burpee or two thrown in, right? Our classes are different every session, as we love variety and so do you. Perfectly planned by us to get a full body workout. Metafit classes, these are short and sweet, 30 minutes of HIIT training at its best including a warm up and cool down. Short but very effective. You will be sweating by the end. We also offer personal training in any of the above disciplines, or the more conventional. We have a wide variety of people who come to our classes and the one thing they all have in common is they are all awesome. They all turn up and work hard, they all work to their own abilities, they have all made huge progress since joining us. We love our community! Thank you to our members for joining us.
