Todays willow handbag workshop at my workshop. Well done to these two lovely ladies who both have fantastic baskets to take home.

Today I ran a 3 hour workshop for framed baskets or foraging baskets at Selby Abbey, everyone did really well and left with a finished basket which they will hopefully be able to use regularly.

Guess who's back flitting about in my workshop and demanding food with menaces!

I've had a Robin in my workshop for quite a few winters now and for the last 2 years a Robin has had its first clutch of the year in it as well.

Not sure if I should be happy he's back or sad that its getting to that time of year again when they are looking for a nice winter nesting spot. I know when the weather really changes as the Wrens all move in to roost! We aren't there yet..... phew!

Todays willow deer workshop Yorkshire Heart and a fantastic group of ladies joined me at The Yorkshire Heart vineyard and brewery. They all made beautiful deer and had scrumpy lunches provided by Yorkshire Heart and we had a great view of the apple trees and vines while weaving.

It was my first workshop to run at this venue and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you to my hosts and we will be running more workshops there next year!

Hi everyone, I hope your week is going well. I've finally got onto my computer and added 3 new workshops in October, one is a bat workshop, one is a spider workshop and the third is a fox workshop.

They are all being held at my workshop so there's only 4 places available on each workshop.

The spider pictured was made on the spider workshop and the bat workshop can have wings folded of out and I will bring some sticks so you can hang them from a stick if you like!

A big thank you to everyone who came out to my willow sale today. Although I didn't sell everything it was still a great success.

So thank you to everyone who bought a dragon willow memento.

The pices above are still available, my trailer is 5ft wide by 8ft long (its the horse thats for sale not the trailer!) Just so you can get a measure of it.

I may hold another one before Chriatmas (with more than a weeks notice).
