Brilliant bike handling session tonight for the women’s group, held at York Sport. With thanks to Charlotte and Maddie from Clifton Cycling Club Juniors, for coaching.

We had a fantastic time learning how to safely ride in a group, how to peel, ride confidently one handed and crucially which gears to use and when.

🚴🏼‍♀️ lots of laughs and best of all no pot holes 😂

Several of the women from the beginner group have now signed up as members of TCC 😃

Can you believe we are half way through the year already - beach bodies at the ready for summer? or still a work in progress?? I’m going for the “fatter tires are faster” approach - must be doing something wrong tho as I’ve gone up a jersey size and def no faster! 😉

Regardless of your goals, I hope you’re getting the miles in, with smiles to boot.

We are still running a regular menu of rides each week, including the staple Tuesday Chaingang and Sunday Social - with a few other rides through the week too.

Plenty of options pace wise too to accommodate a range of riders.
