Cracking day at for our Wreake Runners | Running Club and couch to 5k graduates 💙🙌🎉
Well done everyone! What an achievement! Still a few more to follow in the next few weeks. Let's hope they catch the Parkrun and running bug and enjoy some sunny runs this summer 😎

Incredibly proud of our lady Captain representing England at the Swansea half marathon yesterday
Runners had to battle with some strong winds on the route but overall conditions were good. A great run by Lizzie finishing 19th female out of 2,338 and 10th for her age category in a time of 1.24.39 🤩👏
Well done and hope to see you in that vest again! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The cheer squad were out in full force along the route, notably on the first hill on Templar Way and then the downhill at The Ridings. A brilliant event, local and for a worthwhile cause with great event vibes in the village

Another incredible Backyard Ultra from at in Leeds this weekend. Starting at 9am on Saturday morning, Matt completed 50 yards (each yard is 4.167 miles) which totalled over 208 miles! A huge PB for Matt from his previous 40 laps. Running all through the day and night Saturday and Sunday, Matt finished in 4th place this morning with the remaining 3 runners battling to be the last man standing concluding at 5pm today. A scorching bank holiday weekend, breaking all kinds of records for the organisers and the runners. Certainly one we won't forget!
Amazing shift also from 'Smurf' crewing the entire event, supported by Matt's Dad Rich as well. A huge congratulations from all of us at

We are in awe of our who is currently 2 days into in Leeds.
One of only 8 runners left, it is incredible to watch them return hour after hour. Thankfully as the sun sets, the heat will fade, but as the darkness comes we need all your support to keep Matt going. What an absolutely brilliant event - go on Matt, show us what you can do 💪🏼💙

A really strong team, well supported and some outstanding performances. Congratulations to on her 3rd place ladies finish 🏅and on 4th male. Official results to follow later this week but a really great 10k our members can feel really proud of, well done everyone 💙

The perfect running conditions this weekend, well done to all our team running the on Sunday. This was the third race of the season with more races following over the next couple of months.
Some PB'S for several members and noteworthy finishes for our ladies overall 4th female and 7th LRRL female Gráinne, 1st V40 and Bruno 2nd V60 for the men. Well done everyone 💙
