⚽️ Riverside United proudly presents its newest team The U7 Hawks ⚽️

The Hawks have made a real impact at the club and have already took part in their first ever tournament after only being set up a matter of weeks ago 💪
Managed by our newest Coach Millie who currently plays for Brookside Women, we’re sure to see plenty of enjoyment and success from the team in their footballing journey.

Ladies and Gentleman we present to you our newest team at Riverside United the u11 Harriers 🙌

With Andy and Jay at the wheel it’s been a great start to the teams journey already with plenty of smiles and enjoyment in their opening few training sessions. ⚽️

From us all at Riverside a United we wish them the very best in their footballing journey. 🏆

The team are still looking to add players so if your child is u11 for the 26/27 season (current year 5 going into year 6) then please get in touch with the club and we can point you on the right direction ✅

Season In Review ✍️ 📷

The 25/26 season for our U9 Kingfisher Girls has been a huge success on and off the pitch with so many things being achieved in such a short space of time.

At the beginning of the season the Girls set out their stall by starting strongly with only losing 3 games from the start of August to Christmas.🏅

In the lead up to Christmas the team was chosen to be mascots for the LCFC women’s team who was playing Arsenal and being televised live on Sky 🦊 ⭐

Off the pitch over Xmas the girls raised nearly £1200 taking part in a sponsored all Female Charity Game with proceeds being split between the charity Wishes 4 Kids and the team for training kit. The losing team of the game were met with custard pies to the face by the winning side! 🥧

Returning to on pitch duties the new year proved hugely successful going unbeaten in all competitions and goalkeeper Frances keeping 14 clean sheets and a further 3 more in a tournament. 🏆 ⚽️ 🧤

Paul James and the rest of the kingfishers family are such a huge credit to the club, we’re so proud and excited to see what next season brings. 💙

Yesterday our U8 Vultures took part in the Pro For A Day tournament held at King Power Stadium.

They didn’t just take part they won the tournament on the biggest of stages!! 🏆 🏟️

The boys went all the way to the final only conceding one goal with Joseph and Adrian in between the sticks which is an amazing achievement within itself.
The final was a closely matched affair with the Fox Academy but thankfully the boys held their nerves and came out winners with goals from Toby and Roman.

Such a fantastic achievement by all the lads and a day that they will never forget.

Big shout out to Ryan and Shane for their time and dedication and also to James for the extra help on the day.
