Have you always wanted to learn to dance but never got around to it, were unsure you could do it, thought it was too late, or never had the opportunity to join a dance class when you were younger? IN-PERSON CLASSES: Do you live locally to Sydenham or Penge, South East London? Come and join Silver Swans Ballet Barre and Repertoire, Thursdays 10:30-11:30am, at Studio 208, 208 Sydenham Road, SE26 5SE! Pre-registration required - places are limited. Alternatively, join one of our zoom classes, from the comfort of your own home! Specifically designed for adults over 50, all ages over 18 are welcome! Whether you are a beginner, danced as a child and want to start again, or an experienced dancer wanting to get back to basics, this is the class for you. Ballet classes are Mondays 8-9pm and Fridays 10-11am. Classes are friendly, inclusive, safe, and relaxed, focusing not only on learning and technique, but experiencing the joy of movement and finding your inner dancer! Silver Swans ballet classes are designed to work on balance, stability, mobility, memory skills and learning the fundamental principles of ballet in a slow, methodical, and gentle way. You will need a strong internet connection, access to the Zoom online video conferencing site, and space in your home to move around safely. To register, contact me at [email protected].
