Before calculating calories and macros, we need to assess the physique.

Two people can weigh exactly the same, yet require completely different nutritional approaches depending on their current condition, muscle mass, body fat levels, metabolism, activity levels and goals.

In this video, Chris assesses Fay's physique and explains what he'd look for before deciding on calories and macros.

Fay is currently retired from competitive bodybuilding yet still trains to a high level. She will be having a full panel blood test on July 11th when are with us.

Part 2 will cover exactly how we'd calculate those macros and where we'd start.

Brilliant morning yesterday at Home Farm Park with Sporting Guns Ltd who were raising money for the Air Ambulance with a mobile clay pigeon shooting session!

Neither of us had done it before, Fay missed every shot (she's blaming her lazy eye 🤪)... Chris missed the first few then was on a roll even managing a few doubles, winning a Tshirt which he wore for leg training at Prime Fitness Skegness afterwards!

Don't neglect your rear delts 👀

Training your rear delts isn't just about building bigger shoulders:

✅ Better posture
✅ Healthier shoulders
✅ Improved shoulder stability
✅ Stronger upper back

I always start shoulder day with rear delts. Most people leave them until the end of the workout when they're already fatigued, but if you want them to grow, train them like they matter.
