Good evening everyone......Will here.

I just wanted to reach out to everyone and say a massive thank you and also a huge well done.

It was amazing to see how many of you came along and come through the doors this evening for our very first Man Club.

I wanted to create something that us lads can all come along to, to get away from life and all the things that come with it and take that hour to take our minute. There is so much stigma around Mens Mental Health and right now; its more important than ever (not saying womens isn't just as important!) and important that we recognise things aren't okay before they start to get worse and it's too late.

You don't need to talk.
You don't need to open up.
You don't need to do anything you don't want to.

But take your minute.
Take a breather and take the time to wind down and relax.

Thank you as always for the support but more importantly; thank you for taking that first step into getting up and out and winding down.

Whether you are okay or not okay - both is absolutely fine but I can assure you that you won't regret coming along.

The doors will be open again next week for another Man Club between 7pm and 8pm.
