Tonight:
🟡Warriors - CANCELLED
🔴Kickboxing - On as normal at 6pm
🔵Legends - Combined with Kickboxing at 6pm
⚫Additional 30 mins for Legends & Black Belts after this class if there are enough and not got too hot.

Wednesday & Thursday classes are CANCELLED due to the red weather warning ⚠️

With temperatures forecast to rise significantly this week, we are closely monitoring the weather and the conditions inside our studio.

If we feel the environment is no longer safe for exercise, we may need to cancel some classes at short notice.

The safety and wellbeing of our students will always come first. Additional drinks breaks and modifications to classes will be made, as appropriate.

Please keep an eye on:
