Recently, I joined a ZIN Jam session that I had pre-booked months ago. I had actually never tried one before, as I always thought it couldn’t be as good as an in-person session — but I was completely wrong!

I had so much fun that I didn’t even realise when the three hours were over! Even though most of the participants weren’t English speakers and everything was in different languages, that didn’t bother me at all. You don’t need to understand the language to enjoy the session — in fact, I think I enjoyed it even more and had so much fun!

I just want to say thank you for these four amazing choreographies and . I will definitely be using some of them in my classes! ❤️

🌡️35 degrees and still an absolute BLAST! 🔥💃

Can you have a great class when it’s 35°C? Absolutely you can! Especially when you have such amazing participants showing up and bringing their energy! ❤️🫶

A massive special thank you to Yass, who came all the way from London and absolutely smashed his track, spreading his incredible energy throughout the room! 🔥🙌

ALL of my incredible Zumba lovers — without you, this class simply wouldn’t be possible!

You showed up today, gave it everything you had, danced your hearts out and brought SO much power and positivity despite the heat! ☀️🔥

❤️🇻🇪 WHEN ZUMBA BECOMES MORE THAN JUST DANCE… 🇻🇪❤️

What an absolutely incredible charity event to support Venezuela during such a difficult time. 🇻🇪❤️

Today I was reminded once again of the power of our Zumba community. When we come together, we can create something truly beautiful — bringing people together, spreading love, helping others, and making a real difference. 🌎💃❤️

A huge congratulations and special thanks to four incredible ladies from Hender Corredor-Escalante Gold Zumba class, who made this amazing event happen! 👏👏👏 You should be so proud of yourselves. ❤️

And then there was the cake… 🎂😍
They prepared the most incredible birthday cake to celebrate Hender’s recent birthday, beautifully decorated in the colours of the Venezuelan flag. 🇻🇪💙💛❤️

Absolutely mind-blowing! 🤩🎂❤️

But I also want to give a very special shout-out to three amazing people from my classes:

You came not only to support the event, but you also jumped in to help — serving food, collecting entrance money, and doing whatever was needed. 🙏❤️

It makes me so happy to see people from different Zumba classes coming together, supporting one another, meeting new people and becoming ONE BIG ZUMBA FAMILY. 💃❤️🕺

Time to reveal the August schedule! ☀️💃

As much as I love Zumba (and let's be honest... I probably need it as much as you do! 😂), even instructors need to recharge sometimes!

So, here's the important bit:
🚫 No class on 20th August.

I'll be taking a tiny holiday to recharge my batteries, stretch muscles I forgot I had, and come back with even more energy, music, and crazy moves for the next months! 😜💥

Enjoy the little break of one week in August 😜🫶 and don't forget to practise those hips while I'm away! 😉💃🩷
