Hi My name is Simon Schofield and Over the last 18 years whilst serving in the Army I have learned to appreciate how valuable regular exercise is for both the body and the mind. Regular exercise helped me deal with the stresses of everyday life - I always felt so much better after a good workout and realized I wanted to share these benefits with others. ed from working with Soldiers ,and now provide private clients with a Personal Training Programme, to meet their needs and lifestyle. So they are able to achieve, maintain and even exceed their fitness goals. I work alongside another Personal Trainer Linsey Filby and together we hope to help you achieve your goals, Get Fit, Have Fun and Feel Great. we cover Gloucester and Wiltshire areas and i am certified and insured for training in the gym, park, home or office. I will train you in your own home so no need to feel under pressure or scrutinised in a local Gym.i am a fully qualified Unarmed Combat Instructor and private lessons for this can also be arranged
