The ridgeway team took on a little technical fitness challenge and the results were… mixed. 👀
Some had the coordination.
Some had the confidence.
Some had absolutely no idea what was going on. 🤣

Patient of the Month 💚

This month, we’re celebrating a very special father & son duo! 🥰

It’s been so lovely to see the changes they’ve both experienced throughout their time with us.

✨ For Lincoln: His parents have noticed better communication, more concern and engagement with others, starting to draw independently, and improved concentration both at school and at home.

✨ For Larsen : He has noticed improvements in his symptoms and mobility, helping him feel more comfortable and able to move more freely.

Seeing two generations of the same family working towards feeling and functioning better together is exactly why we love what we do. 💚

POV: when your chiropractor recommends ice … but you’ve already chosen heat 🤣 🧊 🔥

Sometimes we may recommend ice as part of simple self-care following treatment, depending on how you’re feeling and your individual presentation.

We can give the recommendation… but you have the final say😂🧊🔥

People know us for chiropractic… and we love that. 🤍
But did you know that’s only part of what we do? 👀
Alongside chiropractic care, we offer sports therapy and massage, rehabilitation, DEXA scans, X-rays (if required), neurological scans, infrared therapy.
Safe to say we’re a little busier than just adjusting spines. 😅
(But yes… we still do the adjustments too. 😉)
